Yasmin joined Spark’s San Francisco office in 2017. Prior to Spark she sourced and worked on investments in the consumer and gaming sector as part of Index Ventures’ team in London. She has also worked as a Product Manager at Snapchat, helping build the app’s monetization stack. Her work in technology spans growing startups as well as advising large F500 corporations as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Alexis works directly with creators to build out their membership business. Alexis currently lives in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco though she will always call New York City home. She spends her free time making YouTube videos, and performing improv and standup comedy.


Ashley Hall

Creator Success 

Ashley joined Patreon’s creator partnerships team last year. Prior to Patreon she worked in digital media, advising companies like Slack and Sephora on their online marketing strategy. With years of experience launching successful online campaigns for companies both large and small, she’s well equipped to jumpstart your journey on Patreon and brainstorm how you can deliver value to your patrons.


Amanda McLoughlin

Creator - The Spirits podcast & founder - Multitude Podcast production collective

Amanda McLoughlin is a podcaster, business builder, and queer martini aunt. She runs Multitude, an independent podcast collective and consultancy based in New York City. Multitude produces original shows, publishes free resources for podcasters, and helps clients of all sizes create, market, and grow great shows. Her career is dedicated to helping other creators make a living by making great stuff online.
